Singbook / Support

How can we help?

For app questions and feedback, write to Freevia. For privacy or content-removal requests, use the dedicated contact below.

App help and feedback

For bugs and suggestions, open a GitHub issue. For help that should not be public, email [email protected]. Include the Singbook and Android versions and what happened. Remove private lyrics, account details and access tokens from screenshots or reports.

Privacy and content requests

For privacy questions, data requests or concerns about a song source, email [email protected]. Singbook does not host song text or hold your library on a Freevia server, but we can review reports about the app and its source availability. Read the full privacy policy before sending personal information.

Where can I get Singbook?

Singbook 0.2.0 has been submitted to Google Play and is in review. The listing may not open publicly until Google approves and publishes it. We will update the Singbook page when it becomes available.

Does Singbook work offline?

Your saved songs, setlists, reader and local editing work on the device without an internet connection. Finding new songs or looking up information from third-party sources needs a connection, and those providers may change or become unavailable.

How do I back up or remove my library?

Export individual songs as portable ChordPro files or share setlists as OpenSong files. If Google Drive sync is enabled in your build, you can also keep a copy in your own Google Drive app folder. To remove local data, delete songs or setlists in the app, clear Singbook's data in Android Settings, or uninstall it. Android backup may hold a separate copy under your device's Google backup settings. See Deleting your data for local and Drive deletion steps.

How does Google Drive sync work?

In builds configured for Google sign-in, Drive sync is optional. Connecting your account does not upload your library: songs and setlists sync only when you tap Sync now or explicitly confirm a sync action. Singbook uses only a private app-data folder in your own Drive, not your other files. You can disconnect in the app; see the privacy policy for removing the cloud copy.
